Sales/Account Manager

Location: Boulder, CO

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Requirements: This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers to maximize sales and profit, and to ensure proper execution of programs. Additionally, this position drives the inside and outside Sales Team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities:
    - Responsible for growth and maintenance of all Domestic Sales.
    - Hire, motivate and drive outside sales team to achieve higher sales.
    - Motivate and drive inside sales team to achieve higher sales.
    - Manage customer service personnel.
    - Organize and attend Trade shows (4 or 5 per year).
    - Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base.
    - Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
    - Communicate company policies, procedures and business ethics codes within the sales team.

Job Specifications:
    - 5-7 years of experience in sales management.
    - Experience with the Outdoor Industry/Retail organizations.
    - Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
    - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
    - Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
    - Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

Inside Sales Representative

Location: Boulder, CO

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Requirements: The Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with Sales Manager, Outside Sales Representatives and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, while increasing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
    - 100% phone sales; cold and warm calls, 30 – 40 per day.
    - Determine customer requirements in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
    - Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
    - Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns
    - Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items
    - Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction
    - Increase sales by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
    - Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products to increase sales
    - Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other team members
    - Follow company policies and procedures, present a professional image at all times

Public Relations Representative

Requirements: Sherpani is searching for an experienced Public Relations Rep. The PRR will assume responsibility for all communication with print, television and web based media.
