"I just wanted to tell you how much I liked my bag. It's perfect for traveling. I loved how deep the pockets inside the bag are. Also that the bag is thin and lays easily on your lap or under your seat. The shoulder strap is also perfect, just wide enough to not get twisted. I carried a lot in my bag but didn't feel the weight. Next trip is to Italy with it."
