Please Note: All packs must be clean and free of dirt or they cannot be put under a sewing machine; sending a dirty pack might result in a cleaning charge.
In most cases repairs will be completed within two weeks, and will be done free of charge (based on the conditions of our warranty).
If our repair specialists determine that the repair is a special situation or is not covered under warranty, you will be notified as to the length of time it will take to make the repair, and/or what the cost will be, before any work is begun.
