Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy online return process. You can find more information on our Returns & Exchanges page. 

Sherpani's refund policy: all products purchased from Sherpani's website come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. All items must be in the condition you received them in, with original tags attached. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Items eligible for returns that are received past 30 days will be issued store credit.  Items that are marked Final Sale or discounted 40% off or more are not eligible for returns. Other exclusions may apply. 

For purchases made through a 3rd party or retail stores- please make your return or exchange at the original point of purchase. Consult the third-party about where to return your product.
