Please read the below terms and conditions carefully to understand the giveaway rules in their entirety. By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility:

• To be eligible, you must have a valid shipping address in the United States or Canada.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the giveaway.
• You must be subscribed to Sherpani's email list and/or SMS text messaging at the time of the drawing (first week of each month).
• One entry per person.

How to Enter:

1. Subscribe to Sherpani's email list and/or SMS text messaging.

Prize Details:

• The travel bundle prize includes two Sherpani products:

1. Meridian 22" hardside carry-on luggage by Sherpani (choice of color)
2. Camden personal item backpack by Sherpani (choice of color)

• This travel bundle is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
• Total retail value of prize = $280!

Winner Selection:

• One winner will be selected each month at random.
• Sherpani staff will verify that the winner is currently subscribed to Sherpani's email list and/or SMS text messaging.
• The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided upon entry.
• The winner will be chosen the first week of each month.
• The winner has 72 hours to claim their prize.
• If the prize is not claimed within 72 hours, another winner may be selected.

Privacy:

• Your information will never be shared with outside parties.
• You are able to unsubscribe from promotional emails and SMS text messaging at any time. However, you must be a current subscriber at the time of the drawing (first week of each month) to remain eligible.
