"This is my absolute favorite bag of all time. It fits everything I need and I loved the old outer pocket for your phone. It was a lifesaver. Unfortunately they got rid of the outer phone pocket with the new design and it’s no longer functional for everyday use. Please bring back the phone pocket."

"I have the previous design of this bag which included an extremely useful outer pocket you could slip your phone in and out of with ease. Replacing a feature that everyone could use to add a feature nobody needs (an ID pocket?) was a very strange design decision. I would love to purchase more of these, but please bring back the old version!"
