Did you just receive your Meridian and are trying to get it open? The Meridian comes unlocked; just slide the tab where the key would be inserted toward the zipper pullers. The zipper pullers will come out of their hold position, and you'll be able to get inside your bag.

Cute and functional
It was time to replace my suitcase which was falling apart. I love how bright this one is, but the quality shocked me. I have been carrying Sherpani bags for years, but this is my first suitcase. It's fantastic! My daughter wants one now too!

Easiest bag for tight connections
I have brought this bag in domestic and international flights, on trains and busses and it is so easy to maneuver! Paired with a backpack with the luggage slip-through it is a really slick way to get around .

Better than expected!
The wheels move so smoothly, there are internal pockets to help keep my stuff from getting jumbled, the color (bluff) is beautiful, the zippers are well-made, it's exceeded my expectations!
