Perfect sized bag!

"I just received my Cloud9 design bag and loved it even more in person than online. Love the yellow zipper and it's the perfect size to fit my journal that I take everywhere with me, and a book along with my keys, wallet, phone, and other items. It's not bulky at all and so when I'm using the crossbody strap it fits perfectly over my ribcage when the strap is at its shortest and at my hip when at its longest. Plastic hardware

"I really like the bag. But… my old Sherpani bag has metal loops and hardware. The new bag is all plastic. The plastic is very hard to slide and adjust the strap length. I like to make it longer for cross body, and shorter for draping over my knee at a restaurant. I ended up buying a replacement shoulder strap online from another vendor with metal hardware and clips. Now the bag is great and useable. Sherpani said they have gone back to metal on some of their theft resistant bags. I hope they do it for all bags in the future."

"I agree with you 5 star reviews. I fixed the phone pocket by taking out the bottom stitching on slip pocket, hand stitching the folded fabric together and reinforcing the bottom corners. My phone slides down ready to use."

"This purse holds my large wallet, a small brush and sunglasses easily. My only complaint is that the phone pocket is too shallow so that I cannot zip the purse closed with my phone inside. If you have a standard phone it may work for you, but mine is a bit longer than my last one."
