    First off, I want to say the crossbody bag I purchased in December is fantastic. I love it and safely traveled through Italy and Greece this June with my valuables safely stowed. I went through Venice, Florence, Rome, and Athens with no issues. I kept my valuables in the two zippered pockets with the loop designed to keep the zipper from being easily opened. \n\nThe only issue I have is with the main compartment zipper. That zipper has come apart at the top. It's possible that in the final day of travel, while walking all over Athens, an attempt was made it get into it by a pickpocket. But regardless, the zipper has come apart on that compartment.\n\nI reached out to Sherpani and they were so helpful! They looked at photos and determined that it is a manufacturer defect. They issued me an online gift card equal to the value of the faulty bag. What amazing customer service! I highly recommend the company and this crossbody bag.
