"I bought one of these bags, and then the company sent me a replacement when a small piece of the bag broke. The replacement bag lasted two years, but now the zipper is beginning to split at the bottom, which is disappointing. "I love this bag! I have neck and shoulder issues and when I hike most bags cause shoulder pain. But not this one! The strap is padded and comfortable. Items are easily accessible, too. Move it front to back easily. The only drawback is the phone pouch on the strap. It’s not as easy to get out when I want to take a picture. But it’s not the only place I can put my phone and with use, I might get used to it."
