"I bought one of these bags, and then the company sent me a replacement when a small piece of the bag broke. The replacement bag lasted two years, but now the zipper is beginning to split at the bottom, which is disappointing. I'm not sure I will buy another one because I need something with a reliable zipper."

After contacting customer support, they determined it was faulty and quickly replaced it. I love the bag, it was great for our trip, easy compartments and I was able to connect the zippers to make the bag secure so I felt safe"

"I love this bag! I have neck and shoulder issues and when I hike most bags cause shoulder pain. But not this one! The strap is padded and comfortable. Items are easily accessible, too. Move it front to back easily. The only drawback is the phone pouch on the strap. It’s not as easy to get out when I want to take a picture. But it’s not the only place I can put my phone and with use, I might get used to it."

"Love this sling *SO* much! Used it as my day pack for a 3 week trip to Europe and it the perfect size. Could keep my Ipad mini, snacks, a light jacket, and sunblock in main compartment with water bottle in side sleeve. Front small zip pouch on sling strap is super-handy as that is where the lip balm and hand sanitizer go. Super comfy to wear."
