"I just received my Cloud9 design bag and loved it even more in person than online. Love the yellow zipper and it's the perfect size to fit my journal that I take everywhere with me, and a book along with my keys, wallet, phone, and other items. It's not bulky at all and so when I'm using the crossbody strap it fits perfectly over my ribcage when the strap is at its shortest and at my hip when at its longest. It doesn't feel unwieldy to carry at all and it looks super-cute. Love the Cloud9 design and love the bag."
"I really like the bag. But… my old Sherpani bag has metal loops and hardware. The new bag is all plastic. The plastic is very hard to slide and adjust the strap length. I like to make it longer for cross body, and shorter for draping over my knee at a restaurant. I ended up buying a replacement shoulder strap online from another vendor with metal hardware and clips. Now the bag is great and useable. Sherpani said they have gone back to metal on some of their theft resistant bags. I hope they do it for all bags in the future."

"I have carried this bag a couple of times now. I like to change bags fairly often. It is easy to load and unload. It carries a nice amount I would definitely call it a medium size. The organization is good. I also like the colors, it is fun to have a two tone. I can also use the metal security wire that came on another Sherpani bag that I have on this bag."

"I agree with you 5 star reviews. I fixed the phone pocket by taking out the bottom stitching on slip pocket, hand stitching the folded fabric together and reinforcing the bottom corners. My phone slides down ready to use."
